TICKET SCAM AT INDIGO......CALL CENTRE NOT COOPERATIVE KEPT ME ON HOLD FOR 35 MINS BECAUSE I WANTED TO ESCALATE MY COMPLAINT AND THEY DIDNT WANT TO TALK.My FLIGHT RESCHEDULED FROM 6.30 PM TO 2.30 PM WHEREAS THEY HAVE A FLIGHT AT 6PM. LOOKS MORE LIKE A RACKET TO CHANGE BOOKED PASSENGERS FROM EVENING FLIGHTS WHICH ARE NORMALLY COSTLY AND MORE CROWDED WHEN COMPARED TO AFTERNOON FLIGHTS WHICH ARE GENERALLY NOT SO BOOKED.i TRIED TO CALL INDIGO BUT NO RESPONSE FROM EITHER MANAGEMENT OR CALL CENTRE.THIS ABOVE INCIDENT HAS HAPPENED FOR BOTH MY FLIGHTS ON 25TH AND 2ND.BE CAREFUL OF THIS RACKET BY THE AIRLINE.SHARE TO EDUCATE OTHER HELPLESS FLIERS.....HINT: YOU CAN GET YOUR DESIRED FLIGHT IF YOU CALL THE CALL CENTER AS SOON AS YOU GET THE MESSAGE.
